3. Registration for the AB Hero Challenge event
The data requested when registering for the AB Hero Challenge will be used to carry out precontractual measures and to fulfill the contract. No contract can be concluded without the mandatory data (data records).
If you do not provide us with this data, we will not be able to send any information about the event, finisher lists and the finisher certificate.
All of the data you provide will be stored electronically by us.
4. Storage duration and deletion of data
We save your data for as long as we carry out the AB-Hero Challenge. You can request the deletion of your data at any time by email.
5. When registering for our newsletter
If we offer a newsletter and you have explicitly agreed according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, we will use your email address to regularly send you our newsletter. It is sufficient to provide an email address to receive the newsletter.
The deregistration is possible at any time. For this, please send us an unsubscribe request by email.
6. Passing on your data
We only pass on your data to third parties if we are entitled or obliged to do so based on applicable law, e.g. Start date and pick-up location of the starter package in Scheidegg.
